At Autoservices, we aim to deliver your automotive products safely and on time. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how our delivery process works.
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Time
Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Remote areas may require additional time.
3. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated based on:
• Order weight
• Delivery location
• Selected shipping method
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be displayed during checkout before payment.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via SMS or email.
You can use this number to track your shipment in real time.
5. Delivery Attempts
Our courier partners will make up to two delivery attempts.
If the package is undelivered, it will be returned to us.
Re-shipping charges may apply for a second delivery attempt.
6. Damaged or Missing Items
If you receive a damaged or missing item, notify us within 24–48 hours with photos/videos.
We will inspect the issue and offer a replacement or solution.
7. Incorrect Address
Autoservices is not responsible for delays or lost shipments due to incorrect address details provided by the customer.
8. International Shipping
Currently, we do not offer international shipping.
We ship only within India.
