At Autoservices, we aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction with our services and products. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand how refunds, returns, and exchanges work.
1. Product Returns
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
• The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• The return request is made within 7 days of delivery.
• A valid proof of purchase is required.
Items that are opened, damaged, or used are not eligible for return.
2. Product Refunds
Refunds for returned products are processed only after inspection.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
3. Product Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, you can request an exchange within 48 hours of delivery.
We will replace the item at no extra cost after verification.
4. Service Refunds
Payments for completed car services are non-refundable.
If you cancel a service before it begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the work already initiated.
Refund eligibility is determined on a case-by-case basis.
5. Cancellation Policy
Service bookings can be cancelled up to 2 hours before the scheduled time.
Last-minute cancellations may carry charges depending on the service type.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund:
• Opened engine oils, additives, or fluids
• Used car accessories
• Electrical items after installation
• Discounted or clearance products
